Ryan Hammon

CEO

Ryan Hammon is the Founder and CEO of Cronkhite Capital, an investment and advisory platform focused on lower-middle-market businesses. He is also President of Sabino, an e-commerce and marketing technology company, and works with Black Wolf Group on portfolio company value creation initiatives.

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and management consulting. Previously, he served as a Director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice at Alvarez & Marsal and as a Vice President at a lower-middle-market private equity fund, where he completed eight purchase and sale transactions representing more than $175 million of aggregate company revenue, as well as four debt refinancings. Earlier in his career, he worked in middle-market investment banking, with experience spanning transaction advisory, due diligence, valuations, and related financial analysis.

Ryan has also served on the boards of several portfolio companies, including: iMarketing (direct marketing), AWE Learning (digital education), Bijoux Terner (travel retailer), Rauch Industries (home decor), Alpha Graphics (print franchisor), Creative Media Group (software development), Plasma Net (online marketing), American Combustions (HVAC services), and Territory Ahead (online apparel).

Ryan received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, where he graduated cum laude, and is a CFA charterholder.
